Lowe's Home Improvement

First the only reason I'm giving this Lowe's a 3 is because of Tiffany who handled the issues with my online order and the lady at self checkout who came over and assisted me at the in store pickup. If not for that this review would be a 0 star and the manager of this Lowe's should be fired. I ordered 4 gallons of paint online and set it for delivery as I'm a full time parent raising two boys who are both under 3, so I don't always have the luxury of leaving Moss Bluff to head into Lake Charles, so delivery is very convenient for me. 4 gallons of paint were never delivered. I called the 800 number on my order and that was a huge mistake, just call the Lake Charles store. A day went by after calling the 800 number and no response, no paint, no anything. Called again and finally Tiffany from the Lake Charles Lowe's called and apologized and made it right by having the paint remixed. Unfortunately no delivery and I had to go to the store to pick it up. Sunday morning at 0800 I go into Lowe's and follow Tiffany's directions which were head to the kiosk at the in store pickup and let them know I was there for my missing paint. 3 times I pressed that button for assistance and no one came

Richard in Lake Charles, LA made a tough day a little easier. My dad and I needed to install a new door and didn't know much about what we needed to do. Richard walked us through it and took us through the store and helped gather everything we needed. He spent a lot of time with us and really went the extra mile.

I was doing a instacart tonight and it was close to 10 when I got it. Cody not only let me finish my order but walked the whole store and helped me find my entire order. He stay almost 20 minutes past closing time to help me and it was very much appreciated.

Has everything you need at good prices! Everyone that works there are very friendly, respectful and always willing to help! Best lowes in the area in my opinion. I use this location more then any other one in the area because of the customer service and tge fact that everyone that works at this location, knows what they are talking about and the paint department is very knowledgeable and professional! They also carry every pruning blade you need to get your yard or job looking good. No waiting on orders or long lines. The only lowes I use in the area, because how professional everyone is at their job or department in this lowes!

Overall, this is a good STORE. But it seems like the level of helpfulness of the employees needs a little boost, compared to the lowes STORE at Leesville. The first employee I worked with was kind of helpful. The next employee I worked with was on a phone conversation with his earbuds. He was very not helpful. The third employee that I worked with went out of his way to try to find everything that I needed. So there you go. One Thing I Like About the Lowe’s app on my phone is that if you are home, and you find something on the app that you need, it will tell you which aisle, and which Bay within that aisle to go to to find it.
